Bernard Moriau is an experienced CX consultant at Premium Plus since January 2021 and has served as Business Manager at Youlcee since October 2015. Prior roles include Raadgever - Conseiller at SMart from February 2017 to December 2020, where Bernard enjoyed working part-time on quality products. Bernard also worked at Hewlett-Packard from October 2008 to October 2014 in various roles, including Knowledge Manager, Crisis Manager, and Implementation Specialist, contributing to significant projects like the establishment of a critical database and IT support systems.
