Vincent Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and Agile coaching. Currently serving as a Country Ambassador for Agile PeopleOps since March 2024, Vincent promotes collaboration and innovation within the US PeopleOps community and leads local initiatives. As an Agile Coach & Consultant at Glebewood Consulting since April 2022, Vincent contributes to training and development programs for Agile teams. Previous roles include a Certified Project Trainer at DOL Coach and Director of Talent Acquisition at Sequel Youth and Family Services, where Vincent implemented national recruiting initiatives. Other notable positions include leadership roles at HealthMark Group and Aveanna Healthcare, as well as service in the US Army and US Air Force Reserve. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University - Camden.
