Paula Sirbu is an experienced Human Resources Training Coordinator at Premium AEROTEC since October 2017, also serving as a Formator. Prior to this role, Paula was employed at CGS Romania from May 2010 to October 2017, where responsibilities included positions as a Customer Service Representative and Recruiter. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov, completed between 2006 and 2009, as well as a Master’s degree in Resource Administration and Services from the same institution. Paula also graduated with a Highschool Diploma in English Language and Literature from Dr. I. Mesota High School in 2006.
