Mamta Rani Mishra's work experience begins in 2018 as an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank, a position they held until March 2019. Mamta Rani then joined Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Limited in June 2019 as a Customer Service Officer. In January 2020, Mamta was promoted to Assistant Manager in the Managing Director's office at the same company.
