Chao Shen is a Senior Software Engineer at Premise since April 2021, leading the design and implementation of innovative features and services for core systems while modernizing legacy systems for improved scalability and reliability. Prior to this role, Chao worked at Comcast Technology Solutions as a Software Development Engineer, collaborating on the full development lifecycle of cloud-native services and leveraging various AWS technologies. Chao's experience also includes positions at thePlatform as a Sr. Client Solution Engineer, where contributions were made to video content ingestion systems, and roles at Nuance Communications, Microsoft, and Itron, focusing on software development, quality assurance, and automation. Chao holds a BS in Computer Science from Eastern Washington University.
