Amber Beesley serves as the Director of People and Culture at Premier Aquatic Services LLC since March 2023. Prior to this role, Amber held various positions at Swarovski from November 2011 to March 2023, including District Manager and Training Store Manager, focusing on store operations, compliance, and sales performance. Earlier experience includes serving as Area Manager at Zale from April 2006 to November 2011, where responsibilities included managing store operations and sales for multiple locations, and as District Sales Manager overseeing 14 stores across Southern California and Alaska. Amber holds a degree from California State University, Long Beach, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
