Rebekah Gibson is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across the finance sector. Currently serving as a Talent Advisor for Care To Grow Charity since November 2024, Rebekah has previously held leadership roles such as Global Director of Recruitment at BNY Mellon for BNY Investments and Regional Director of Recruitment within BNY Mellon Investment Management. Prior to BNY Mellon, Rebekah worked at BlackRock as Functional Lead for Client Businesses in EMEA, and held multiple positions at Deutsche Bank, Astbury Marsden, Witan Jardine, and Parker Bridge, specializing in financial recruitment. Rebekah holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology & Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Canterbury University.
