Naressa C. currently serves as Collections Manager at Prefera Finance Ltd., having progressed through roles including Collections Supervisor, Senior Collections Specialist, and Collections Specialist since November 2020. Previously, Naressa was a Customer Service Specialist for Partner Accounts at Booking.com, providing support on various complex issues. Earlier experience includes working at Scotiabank as a Late Stage Collection Agent managing third-party personnel for the sale of repossessed homes and as an Early-stage Collections Agent in a call center setting. Naressa also worked as a Call Center Agent at Digicel, assisting customers with inquiries related to their telecommunications services. Naressa holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Ecology from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
