Mark Crossen is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in technical support and project management. Currently serving as an Information Technology Supervisor at Precision Tools Service Inc. since October 2021, Mark assists customers in a Tier 2 support role and manages projects involving critical IT networking equipment. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Specialist for the Indiana National Guard, where Mark effectively resolved help desk tickets and configured networks. Additionally, Mark worked as a PC Technician at American Honda Motor Company, providing Tier 1 support, and as an Assistant Team Lead at Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing, overseeing operations in the Cylinder Fabrication department.
