Frank Wineinger has extensive experience in the surveying field, currently serving as Project Manager and Land Surveyor at Precision Measurements, Inc. since June 2003. Prior to this role, Frank held positions at Meridian Surveying & Mapping from 1981 to 1988, including Survey Crew Chief. Frank's educational background includes training at the Defense Mapping School in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, from 1979 to 1980.
