Erica Fay has worked in various roles in different companies, starting as an Office Manager at Robert Heely Construction (RHC) in April 2014. Erica then moved on to become a Dispatch Coordinator at Gazelle Transportation, LLC, and later transitioned to a Human Resources Payroll Administrator at ANDERSON BURTON CONSTRUCTION INC. Erica's career progression led their to become a Subcontracts Payable at Diani Building Corp before landing their current position as a Project Engineer at Precision Construction Services since January 2021.
