Scott Jasperse has been in the software engineering field since 2004. Scott began their career at Extol, Inc. as a Software Engineer/IT Systems Administrator, where they worked with a consultant to develop a custom-built ERP system and gradually took over the project later. Scott also built processes to integrate CAD modeling with project creation, scheduling, production, ordering, and inventory, and supervised and worked with a college intern. In 2009, they started freelancing with C-Solve Consulting, LLC as a Software Engineering Consultant. Finally, in 2012, they became a Founding Member and Software Engineer at Building CATALYST.

Scott Jasperse graduated from the University of Michigan in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Scott then attended Harvard Business School, graduating in 2014 with an MBA.
