Marika Wiggan has a diverse work experience in the field of strategy. Marika currently holds the position of Head of Strategy at PREACHER, a role they have been in since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as Co-Head of Strategy at the same company from December 2020 to December 2022. Before joining PREACHER, Marika was the Director of Strategy from July 2017 to December 2020 and served as a Senior Strategist from October 2016 to June 2017, both at PREACHER.
Before their time at PREACHER, Marika worked as a Strategist at ARGONAUT Inc. from June 2013 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Brand Strategist at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners from August 2010 to 2013. Marika also has experience as a Communication Strategist at VCU Brandcenter from September 2008 to April 2010.
Marika Wiggan pursued their education by first attending The University of British Columbia from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies. Following this, they went on to pursue a Masters degree in Communication Strategy from Virginia Commonwealth University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.
