Raju Macharla is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Pramana since March 2024. Previously, Raju held the position of Country Head and Head of Engineering (India) at Bravura Solutions from June 2017 to December 2023, overseeing multiple teams to ensure the efficient delivery of financial services products. Raju's earlier roles include Senior Vice President at Redpine Signals, Senior Director at Oracle managing Fusion Middleware products, Director of Software Development at SUN Microsystems, Software Manager at Synopsys, and Senior Engineer at Satyam Computer Services Limited. Raju holds a PGCBM in Management, Finance, and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Andhra University.
