Rushikesh Patel worked as the Information Technology Manager at The Karnavati Co Op Bank Ltd from May 2006 to January 2021. Rushikesh then worked as a Senior Manager at The Ahmedabad District Co Op Bank Ltd from February 2021 to April 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Prama since May 2022.

Rushikesh Patel completed their Master of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Gujarat University, where they studied from 1998 to 2000. Rushikesh then pursued further education at the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance from 2018 to 2019, earning the Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers degree in Information Technology.
