Manish Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Manish currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Invezza Technologies since October 2022. Prior to this role, Manish worked at Clarion Technologies, starting as a Senior Software Engineer in May 2008. Manish gradually progressed through positions such as Team Leader, Project Manager, and Assistant Service Delivery Manager, demonstrating their abilities in team management, project execution, and customer satisfaction. As the Service Delivery Manager, they led a team of 50+ members and handled multiple customer accounts across various technologies. Manish successfully delivered large-scale programs, managed project interdependencies, and implemented risk management plans.

Before joining Clarion Technologies, Manish worked as a Software Engineer at Posin Technologies Pvt. Ltd from August 2006 to April 2008. Manish initially started their career as a Software Trainee at ICTS Pvt. Ltd in January 2006. Manish also gained valuable experience as an MCA Intern at the National Informatics Centre, Govt of India from July 2005 to December 2005.
