Vishaldip Desai started their work experience in 2007 at Novartis as a Quality Assurance Executive. Vishaldip worked in this role for nine years before moving on to Akorn India PVT.Ltd in 2016. At Akorn India, they served as an Asst. Manager for two years. In 2018, they joined PQE Group as a Project Manager, where they are currently employed.

From 2005 to 2007, Vishaldip Desai attended R.C.PATEL E.T.'S ARTS & SCIENCE COLLEGE, SHIRPUR, where they pursued a degree in M.Sc. in Microbiology, with a focus on General Microbiology.
