Thomas Nevins has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2015. Thomas began their career as a Prep Cook/Dishwasher at Sweet Beet Bistro, where they gained valuable skills in the restaurant industry. In 2016, they worked as a Server at Cracker Barrel, learning about the operations of a national restaurant and retail chain.
Continuing their career, in 2016, Thomas joined Price Chopper Supermarkets-Market 32 as a Deli Teammate, acquiring knowledge of deli products and experiencing major company transitions. Thomas then took on the role of General Manager at Grafton Lake State Park Concession Stand and Boathouse in 2017, where they led a team, managed inventory, and ensured compliance with NYS Park Rules and Regulations and NYS Food Safety Standards.
In the same year, Thomas also worked as a Store Partner at Stewart's Shops Corp, providing customer aid and performing various daily tasks in a fast-paced retail setting. Thomas exhibited excellent teamwork and operational skills.
In 2017, Thomas joined the NYS Office of Information Technology Services as a Student Assistant, being an integral part of the Telecom Management Unit. Thomas collaborated with New York State agencies and vendors, strengthening their teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
From 2020 to 2022, they worked at FieldCore as a Wind Finance Project Specialist/Deputy Project Manager, specializing in wind finance projects. Later, in 2022, they joined GE Renewable Energy as a Services Specialist-Customer Reliability.
In 2022, Thomas took on the role of Financial Coordinator at Nordex Group, where they played a pivotal role in financial coordination until 2023.
Currently, Thomas is working at Ulteig as an Associate Project Manager-Renewables, starting in 2023.
Thomas Nevins completed their Associate's degree in Honors Scholar Business Administration at Hudson Valley Community College from 2016 to 2018. Thomas then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Management, at the University at Albany, SUNY from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, in 2019, they briefly attended the University of Luxembourg, although the details of their degree and field of study during that time are unknown.
