Kathleen Bennett, MSHRM, is an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant at People Performance Resources, LLC, since May 2014, specializing in Human Resources strategies, Outsourcing Services, Executive Placements, and Recruiting. Previously, Kathleen served as an HR Coordinator at Prestonwood Baptist Church from October 2011 to October 2012, contributing to one of North America's largest megachurches. Kathleen's career began at American Airlines, where from May 1985 to May 1995, responsibilities included supervising the AAdvantage Department Customer Service team and resolving conflicts for both staff and customers. Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
