Gareth Roberts is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the human capital management (HCM) sector and a strong background in business development. Currently serving as a Major Market Sales Executive at Paycor since August 2023, Gareth previously held the role of Major Accounts at AllianceHCM, focusing on fulfilling the needs of medium to large organizations. Prior experience includes a position as Channel Sales Specialist at Paychex, managing a territory and collaborating with existing customers, as well as founding and presiding over Fair Dinkum Direct, where business development and team training were prioritized. Early career roles include training and managing sales representatives at Evantage, Inc., and technical positions in media production at ESPN and Paramount Television Studios.
