Jacques Goupil has had an extensive career in project management. Jacques began in 1998 as a Program Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation. In 2000, they joined Operation Smile International as a Board Member and Financial Development Chairperson. In 2004, they became an EPM Strategy Consultant for an EPM Consulting firm and in 2009 they were a Director Business Development and Co-founder for Microsoft EPM Consultancy. Jacques also worked as an Implementation Consultant for Microsoft in 2009 and in 2013 they joined PPM Works, Inc. as Managing Director of Business Development. Additionally, they have been a Certified Gold PPM Partner for Microsoft since 1998 and a Board Member for MPUG-Global since 2013.

Jacques Goupil attended New Milford High School before going on to earn a BS in Information Management Systems from Babson College in 1998. Jacques also holds certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMP, obtained in 2004), Microsoft (MCP - Microsoft Project Server, MCTS - Microsoft Project, MPUG Project 2013 Reporting Certification).
