Natalia Kleczewska is an experienced HR professional and lecturer with a strong background in human resource management and corporate communications. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Cosmo Group since July 2023, Natalia has previously held significant roles such as Human Resources Director at POWERBIKE SA and Head of People & Organization at rebuy recommerce GmbH. With extensive experience in PR and HR management at companies like Insys Video Technologies and Kompania Piwowarska, Natalia has developed expertise in internal communication, employer branding, and motivational programs.
