Ned McCormack serves as the Communications Director and Senior Adviser to the County Executive of Westchester County since 2010, overseeing comprehensive communication strategies, marketing, and emergency management for a population of nearly one million. Prior to this role, Ned held the position of Head of Global Communications for Technology and Operations at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2006 to 2010, and previously at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 1993 to 2006. Ned's early career included a role as an Editor at The New York Times from 1990 to 1993. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Georgetown University and an MBA in Management from New York University Stern School of Business.
