Nadir Satti has a wide range of experience in project management and IT. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Fannie Mae. In 2003, they served as a Senior Information Technology Specialist for the ATR Project in Cairo, Egypt. From 2005 to 2011, they had various roles at IBM, including Team Lead and Project Manager. During this time, they also worked on the IBM - Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Modernization Program for the U.S. Customs & Border Patrol. From 2011 to 2016, Nadir worked at IBM as a Project Manager for the U.S. Customs & Border Protection, providing technical leadership and utilizing Agile Project Management methodologies. Finally, since 2016, they have been a Program Manager at Powertek Corporation, where they manage large, complex IT projects for the U.S. Department of Labor. Nadir is a Certified Project Management Professional and is fluent in both English and Arabic.

Nadir Satti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the Alexandria School of Science in Egypt, completing their education from 1979 to 1984. Nadir later pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech, which they attained from 1998 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Nadir Satti also holds additional certifications, including being a Certified Scrum Master, obtaining the Project Management Professional certification from institution 11352, and being a Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2.
