Nicole Maye is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Powerlink Queensland since November 2023, Nicole previously held the role of HR Manager at Incitec Pivot Limited, where support was provided to Coal Operations & Commercial, Procurement & Supply Chain across Queensland and New South Wales. Prior experience includes working at BHP as a Principal HR Business Partner, focusing on capability development and employee engagement, and several HR roles at Rio Tinto, where strategic workforce planning and cultural initiatives were key responsibilities. Nicole's background also includes roles at AECOM, Shell, Otis Elevator Co., and Colonial First State.
