Kasun de Costa is an experienced growth leader with a strong background in marketing and product development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Growth Leader at Powered by People since March 2023, Kasun develops marketing strategies for B2B and B2C operations. Previous roles include VP/Head of Growth at Koko, a fintech solution under Alibaba Group, and a Product & Growth Marketing Manager for the MyDialog App at Dialog Axiata PLC. Kasun co-founded Synchro, a digital marketing agency, and has held positions at LSEG and Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and a BS in Software Engineering and Information Systems from Cardiff University.
