Dr. Meike Siebert-Adzic is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Senior Expert for Learning & Development, Culture & Diversity at PowerCo SE since April 2023. Dr. Siebert-Adzic has held various academic and leadership roles, including positions as a Lecturer at the Systemic Institute Kassel and Director of the Executive Education Program “Human Resources Management” at Kassel International Management School. Previous experience includes heading the Research Department at the University of Kassel and serving in HR management roles at SMA Railway Technology and the City Council of Kassel. Dr. Siebert-Adzic holds a doctorate in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of Kassel and several coaching and systemic consulting certifications, contributing expertise in HR management, leadership development, and organizational consulting.
