Jeff Routzahn

Sr. Finishing Process Engineer at Power Partners

Jeff Routzahn has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering and manufacturing industries since 1978. Jeff started their career as an Engineer at Design and Manufacturing Corporation in 1978. In 1988, they moved to York Products, Inc. as a Division Finishing Engineer, where they developed new system designs for metal pretreatment and powder painting, and established and implemented engineering specifications and system controls. In 1994, they became a Supervisor of Paint Operations at Frigidaire Company. In 1995, they were promoted to Manager of E-Coat Operations at Greene Manufacturing, where they were responsible for labor, scheduling, processes, quality, and paint for a large electrodeposition paint line. In 1997, they moved to Steelworks MEG Division as Manager of Paint Operations, where they oversaw a three-shift liquid/powder paint operation. In 1998, they joined Hayes Lemmerz International as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where they were responsible for all painting operations in a manufacturing facility that is ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949. In 2010, they moved to Power Partners as a Senior Finishing Process Engineer.

Jeff Routzahn attended Connersville High School, where they did not receive any degree. Jeff then went on to Indiana University East, where they earned an Associate degree in Management in 1978. Jeff later attended California Coast University, where they received a Bachelor degree in Business Management in 2004.
