Sophie Bartley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing systems management, currently serving as the Sales & Marketing Systems Manager at Potters Resorts since September 2020. In this role, Bartley has spearheaded the implementation and adoption of critical software systems, including Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud and integrated booking engines, while effectively managing cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder expectations. Prior to this, Bartley held several positions at The One Question, culminating as Product Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing product design, managing the roadmap and backlog, and enhancing product value through stakeholder engagement.
