Harriet Vincent has extensive experience in the healthcare field, beginning in 2007 as an RN BSN CEN at Raleigh General Hospital. In 2012, they moved to Centra South Side Community Hospital in the same role. In 2017, they joined Centra Medical Group as an MSN, FNP-BC, NP-C and MSN FNP-BC NP-C. Most recently, Harriet has been an MSN, FNP-BC, NP-C at Longwood University Health Center since 2018. Prior to their healthcare career, Harriet was a Professional Competitive Freestyle Whitewater Kayaker as an Independent Contractor from 2001.

Harriet Vincent has a diverse educational background. Harriet obtained their Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Virginia in 2001. Harriet then went on to pursue their Accelerated Nursing degree from Mountain State University in 2007, earning their BSN. Finally, they completed their Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia in 2017.
