Stefan Balaž has been working in the customer service industry since 2016. Stefan began their career at NCR Corporation as a Help Desk Specialist Level 2 BST/ADVHD and a Help Desk Specialist Point Of Sale. In 2021, they joined Happiest Baby (the maker of SNOO) as a Senior Customer Care Chat Specialist.
Stefan Balaž began their educational journey in 2002, when they attended the Dental Technician High School in Belgrade, Serbia and earned their High School Diploma in 2006. From 2007 to 2011, they attended the Faculty of Business Entrepreneurship at the Union - Nikola Tesla University in Belgrade and earned their Bachelor's degree in Management and Entrepreneurship. Since 2011, they have been pursuing a Master's degree in Management and Entrepreneurship at the same university.
