Chloé Nguyen-Cao has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chloé started their career as a Lead Tutor at Kumon North America, Inc. from 2012 to 2017, where they organized lesson sessions, supported students, and handled administrative tasks.

In 2017, they co-founded and served as the Co-Founder of Finance for #HashtagLunchbagOttawa, responsible for managing charity finances and outreach to sponsors. Chloé successfully raised funds and organized a team to make and deliver lunch bags to a local shelter.

From 2018 to 2018, Chloé worked as a Keyholder at Maska Mode, where they managed administrative tasks, bookkeeping, supply orders, and staff adherence to corporate processes.

In 2018, Chloé also joined kate spade new york as a Part Time Muse - Sales Associate until 2020. Their responsibilities included growing and maintaining client bases, resolving customer complaints, and contributing to teamwork.

In 2019, they took on the role of Hospitality & Registration Director at UVSA Eastern Canada, where they organized a three-day conference focused on leadership development, networking, professional growth, and cultural education for Vietnamese youth.

Chloé then served as Co-President and Vice President at AéVSA - University of Ottawa & Carleton University from 2018 to 2020. Their responsibilities included motivating members, establishing partnerships and networks, coordinating meeting agendas, and representing the club at relevant events.

In 2021, Chloé joined Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as a Business Development Representative - Strategic. Chloé played a role in transforming the practice of law by providing cloud-based legal practice management, client intake, and legal CRM software.

Chloé then worked at Recharge Payments from 2021 to 2022 as a Business Development Representative, contributing to the company's growth.

In 2022, Chloé joined SDR Nation as a Member and was involved in sales development.

Most recently, they started working at Postscript in 2023 as a Business Development Representative.

Chloé Nguyen-Cao completed their education at the University of Ottawa, where they obtained an Honours Bachelor's of Science degree. Their field of study was Biology/Ecological Sciences with a minor in Psychology. Additionally, Chloé has obtained several certifications, including "Driving to Close" from JB Sales in June 2022, "Outreach Closing Specialist" from Outreach in June 2022, "Outreach Prospecting Specialist" from Outreach in June 2022, "Filling the Funnel" from JB Sales in May 2022, "McGill Personal Finance Essentials" from McGill University in May 2020, and "CPR & AED" from the Canadian Red Cross in June 2017.
