Ramon Krijger has extensive experience in human resources and sourcing, currently serving as HR & Sourcing Manager at PostNL since April 2018, previously as a Sourcing Specialist. Prior to this role, Ramon worked as a Human Sourcing Adviseur Parcels at PostNL Paketten & Logistiek from September 2015 to April 2018, focusing on personnel management within depot Goes. Additional experience includes consultant roles at Artec Groep, as well as a graduate internship at Kenniscentrum duurzaam innoveren en ondernemen. Earlier in the career, Ramon served as a Stagecoördinator at Philip Morris International and as an allround HR Trainee at McCain Foods. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from HZ University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's in Business Management from Laurea University, complemented by earlier studies at Roc Zeeland.
