Jeffrey Redding, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Northport since September 2022. Prior to this role, Redding held various positions within the City of Tuscaloosa, including Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Human Resources Officer from October 2003 to September 2022. Redding's career began as an Administrator for the State of Alabama Department of Mental Health from September 2002 to October 2003, followed by a role as a Personnel Analyst at the State of Alabama Personnel Department from May 2000 to September 2002. Redding earned a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery between 2000 and 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Alabama from 1996 to 2000.
