Maartje van Zon is a seasoned professional specializing in service design and product management, currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at PostNL since June 2021, where responsibilities include gathering customer insights and prototyping new features. Previously, Maartje worked as a Service Designer at Essense - Service Design, optimizing customer experiences for clients such as Decathlon and Schiphol.
