Silvia Jakob is currently serving as Product Manager Cards at PostFinance since September 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing the customer journey for the "Pay online and offline" service, card offering design, and operational risk management. Silvia has simultaneously been a Private Legal Guardian at Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde Region St.Gallen since November 2013. Prior experience includes a tenure at UBS from November 2011 to September 2023, where Silvia held positions such as Deputy Head of Business Support, focusing on agile leadership and scrum methodologies, as well as Specialist for Digital Services, where tasks involved end-to-end process design and continuous improvement. Educational achievements include a CAS in Service Design and Innovation from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and Google UX Design certification from Coursera, among others.
