Dusty Doris has a strong background in engineering and leadership roles. They started their career in 1999 as a Systems Engineer at Cincinnati Bell Telephone and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, Dusty worked as a Sr. Systems Engineer at eLynx Ltd. They then joined Zebra Mobile as a Software Engineer from 2008 to 2010. In 2015, Dusty became the CTO at Park Bench Solutions, where they worked until 2019. Their most recent role is Vice President of Engineering at Postal.io, starting in November 2019. Dusty also has experience as the owner of Hashbang Ltd since 2010. Overall, Dusty Doris has a diverse range of experience in engineering and leadership roles.

Dusty Doris attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1994 to 1999. There, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Marketing.
