John Mikovsky began their work experience in 1999 as a District Sales Manager at Nord Gear Corporation. In this role, they identified and developed key OEM accounts and a distribution network in Missouri, Kansas, and southern Illinois. John also provided consultation to customers regarding gear reducer selection and application review.

In 2008, John joined SEW-EURODRIVE - USA as a District Sales Manager. Their responsibilities included increasing new sales of SEW gearing and electronic controls products in Western Missouri and Kansas. John developed an understanding of customers' needs to maximize sales growth and provided technical sales support and application review to direct OEM and End-User accounts.

John Mikovsky attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a business program. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, they attended Sandler Sales Training. John also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University in 1996.
