Aditi Pathak is an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst currently working at �ʴDz����پ��Dz�² since May 2023. Aditi has held several significant roles, including Project Intern at the Centre for Public Policy Research, where policy briefs were formulated, and participated in extensive field research on ICDS and MGNREGA at Grassroots Research And Advocacy Movement. Prior experiences include an internship at The Takshashila Institution focused on program management and data analysis, as well as a fellowship at Janagraha that involved budget analysis and policy gap assessments in Karnataka. Aditi also served as a Political Analyst at Smart Neta, conducting ward analysis and demography mapping. Aditi co-founded Aditya Industries, a women-empowering incense stick manufacturing unit, successfully managing production and logistics while employing over 500 women. Aditi holds an M.A. in Public Policy from Mount Carmel College.
