Christianna Pett is a Technical Product Manager at Plunge since September 2023 and has been with POS Portal as a Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst since May 2015. In these roles, Christianna manages technology enhancement projects throughout the software development life cycle, gathers and documents business requirements, and creates user stories, acceptance test scenarios, and UI/UX recommendations. Prior experience includes serving as a Training Coordinator at Superior Life Support from September 2011 to September 2013, where Christianna managed and scheduled CPR training for business clients, including colleges and hospitals. Christianna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from The Master's College and Seminary, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
