Musera Isaac is a Senior Engineer in Service Operations at Cellulant, specializing in 1st and 2nd level technical support, solution monitoring, and troubleshooting since November 2022. Previously, Musera served as a Field Service and Customer Support Engineer at SICPA from July 2018 to November 2022, where responsibilities included the installation and commissioning of the SICPATRACE solution and managing ITSM for maintenance documentation. In 2015, Musera worked as a Research Assistant at DIC/Promin Consultants, contributing to programme implementation and beneficiary satisfaction surveys for social support projects. Musera holds a BSc in Mechatronics Engineering from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology and a DevOps Engineering certification from Moringa School.
