Don Light is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Assistant General Counsel at Portland General Electric since July 2008, after previously holding the position of Assistant General Counsel. Prior to this role, Don worked as an Attorney at Van Ness Feldman from September 2002 to June 2008 and gained experience as a Consultant at Accenture between June 1997 and August 1999. Don holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Michigan Law School, obtained from 1999 to 2002, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Alma College, completed from 1993 to 1997. Currently, Don is furthering education at the University of Idaho, beginning in June 2022.
