Jarryd Brad Faiers is an experienced professional in venture investing and finance, currently serving as an Associate at Portfolio T since February 2023, focusing on disruptive and sustainable solutions. Prior to this role, Jarryd co-founded AOW in June 2021, spearheading strategy and business development for a health-focused quick commerce company. Jarryd's background includes working at UBS as part of the Investment Banking team in Infrastructure and Power M&A and as an Equity Research Associate covering South African banks. Jarryd's career also includes roles as a Corporate Finance & Strategy Analyst at BDO South Africa and a Lecturer in Economics at Nelson Mandela University. Jarryd holds multiple degrees from Nelson Mandela University, including a Master’s in Commerce, and completed the Capital Markets Programme at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
