Mychael Phillips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and account management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Account Representative at RTS Financial since August 2021, Mychael previously held the position of Vice President Operations at Secured Signings, LLC, from August 2020 to August 2021. Mychael has also rejoined RTS Financial from April 2018 to August 2020 as an Account Representative and served as Desktop Support Team Lead at Nations Holding Company from January 2014 to March 2018. A former VP of Operations at Heritage Title, Mychael acted as the lead liaison in a joint venture between Nations Lending Service and Mortgage Lenders of America, while also managing operations at Nations Signature Closers from March 2011 to May 2013. Mychael began a career in finance as a Financial Examiner with the Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner from October 2007 to February 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Mid-America Nazarene University and further studies at the University of Central Missouri.
