Jane Dewell is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in stormwater management and regulatory assistance. Currently serving as Senior Manager for the Marine Stormwater Utility at the Port of Seattle since January 2016, Jane oversees stormwater permits and municipal activities. Prior roles include managing a pollution prevention program at the WA State Department of Ecology and serving as Regulatory Assistance Lead at the WA Governor's Office of Regulatory Assistance. Jane co-founded KAUPA, an environmental stewardship organization, and has a strong background in environmental consulting and health, working with various agencies in Hawaii and on the mainland. Jane holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Montana and a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from the University of Washington.
