Bobbi Matthews, CPPO, CPPB, FNIGP, has demonstrated extensive expertise in administrative services and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Administrative Services at the Port of Portland since May 2000. In this role, Bobbi oversees contracting, small business initiatives, and operations related to the headquarters building and mail distribution. Concurrently, Bobbi has been actively involved with NIGP The Institute for Public Procurement since July 2013, holding positions such as Director of Administrative Services and Manager of Contracts & Procurement, as well as serving as Past President from 2010 to 2011 and Second Vice President.
