Rohit Saxena CPPM, Intl. Assoc. AIA, ENV SP serves as the Director of Port Planning and Development at Port Houston, overseeing strategic infrastructure master planning, executing capital investment programs, and engaging with stakeholders to promote growth and optimization within the port. Key achievements include the development of the Comprehensive Long-Range Master Plan (the '2040 Plan') and the planning of the $1B Houston Ship Channel Expansion. Previous experience includes significant roles at Arup, managing capital works programs, and various architecture and engineering firms where responsibilities spanned project management, design, and contract administration. Rohit holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from UNSW and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from The Indian Institute of Architects.
