Charles Critser has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Charles started their career in 2000 as a Road Driver Manager at FedEx, where they worked until 2005. Charles then joined Cintas as a Route Supervisor from 2005 to 2010. After that, they served as the General Manager ROM at Hinckley Springs from 2010 to 2014. Their most recent position is with Pools of Fun, where they have held the roles of Director of Construction from 2014 to 2021 and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations.

From 1995 to 2000, Charles Critser attended Purdue University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership.
