Alan Watson is an experienced operations project manager currently working at Coffee#1 since May 2022. Prior to this, Alan served as an area manager at Creams Cafe from January 2021 to May 2022, overseeing a mix of franchised and company-operated stores across the UK and acting as a business consultant to franchise owners. Alan's extensive background in operations management spans nearly two decades at Debenhams, where roles included operations manager/coach, flagship store restaurant manager, divisional trainer, and restaurant manager. Experience also includes positions at Scottish & Newcastle as a food and beverage team leader and at BHS as a restaurant associate/supervisor. Alan possesses a strong educational background with qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and the Academy of Food & Wine Service, along with studies at SEEVIC Sixth Form College.
