Karan's expertise spans across different culinary roles, including Junior Sous Chef at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk and Chef De Partie at Burj Al Arab Hotel. With a background in Larder, Sauces, Garnish, and Pastry, Karan has demonstrated their culinary talents and knowledge throughout their career. A graduate of the University of Mumbai with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Karan also holds a Diploma in Food Production & Patisserie from IHM Mumbai Dadar.
